Building a Prosperous City
First off, a little blurb about what I'm doing here. If you haven't noticed, I LOVE starting legacies, but I'm not so hot on finishing them. At this time, I have four legacies that I've begun posting, and one that was simply a niggling idea in the back of my mind, begging to come to fruition. Because I have such a hard time managing which families to play and update, this seemed the best solution.Rachel (

simsforaranya) and I were chatting and she mentioned her Build a City Challenge (BACC), and how she wanted to play her other legacy families instead. I suggested that she simply move her legacy families INTO her BACC, which was what began this project (mine, and hers as well :P).However, there were some things about the BACC that didn't sit well with my ideas, so I rolled in some of the rules of the Prosperity Challenge, and thus created the Build a Prosperous City Challenge (BAPCC, rofl). On top of that, all my legacies will be played by their original rules, so that in the end I have an immensely complex series of rules, unlocks, and scorekeeping! I reserve the right to at any time say, "Screw it, I'm not doing anything this week," to keep things fun. :P
Additionally, this challenge will be entirely

pixel_trade-compatible. All townies will be P_T, but I will not be posting walkbys or cameos unless a) important, or b) hilarious.( A Bit About the Families )

Firstly, there is now a master list of all downloads available at the site. This is automagically updated with all new uploads, so it will never be out of date!
Secondly, I included the mesh in my Beyond the Fringe downloads (the Rose bangs accessory), since there was some difficulty in people finding it, and because I'd meant to include it initially anyway.
Lastly, not really an UPDATE update, but more an update on what I'm up to:
I DO have more of my BACC to post, but I'm trying to keep it down to one update per family per week, and thus it's taking a bit of time. That, and I'm honestly having so much fun making CC that I'm doing that FAR more than playing. XD
Speaking of making CC, I'd love feedback from you guys regarding what you'd like to see next! Here are the projects I'm currently working on:
- Antler accessories (AF versions done, in photoshoot stage. All other age/gender groups barely started)
- Cougar skintone
- Enayla Snake Skintone Blend
- A new PT replacement
- Retextures of the Lock Ness Monster sculpture
- Animalistic nosemasks
- Moar decorated alien skintones using my Delicious Milkshake skins as a base
